I was buying a property and as asked by the real estate agent, I put down $ 26,000 but then I got declined by the bank and now the owners of the house want to keep 13,000 of my money. Please someone HELP ME !!!!!!!!!

You obviously need to take all your papers and contracts to a real estate attorney immediately.
