What is the name of your state? Michigan
I ordered a work out DVD from a company online and they automatically sign you up to receive future shipments every 45 days. I was unaware of this and got charged for a shipment which I received and then sent back to the company with a confirmation number. They received it back on June 30, 2005 and I have called numerous times to get the refund. I was told by a supervisor that the money would be in my account on July 25, 2005 and still no money. It's bad enough I am out the amount of shipping to them and out the money for them shipping to me (they will not refund either shipping). The amount if just over $50.00 with product and shipping costs. What are my options?

call the better business bureau and file a complaint.

Wait a day or two to see if the money is back in your account (was this a CC payment or some kind of check/debit card? Sometimes a credit to your account will not be posted until the next day.

Thanks

Yes it was a credit card order, and they finally gave me my refund today. I was going to call the better business bureau today if I did not get the money. Thank you for your response.

For future reference, you could dispute the charge with your credit card company also in the alloted amount of days. Also next time don't pay for shipping, just mark refused, return to sender.
