Help... trying to remove people from liveing in my home...what do i do??

I have 3 adult's and 2 children liveing in my home, the question is this that i have, One of the adults in my home is my x girlfriend and the children are her's what im tryin to find out is one night she left with the kids the next day i came home and was removed from my home due to she told police that i was threating her( which is untrue) anyways what im tryin to find out is HOW CAN I GET THESE PEOPLE OUT OF MY HOME!!!
Im now liveing at my moms home, and its not fair, the trailor and property is in my name yet im the one who has to leave, is there anything i can do tpo get back into my home?? please help any information will be greatly appreciated..

mind you this is in Florida< marion county>

If you have title to the property as the legal owner you need to serve them a notice to vacate and file a lawsuit for eviction due to tresspassing and holdover tenancy. It may not seem fair but that is the system. Try and ask them to leave peacefully first for the childrens sake.
