HELP! What can I do about visitation?

I have primary physical custody of my 3 children, my ex has visitation pursuant to the Indiana parenting time guidelines. He is in the process of getting a divorce and his current wife filed an order of protection against him and he was removed from her home. He is unemployed. He moved in with a guy who kicked him out 3 days later while my kids were with him for visitation. I did not know that he was not still at the house his wife has when he came to get the kids that weekend I assumed they were staying there. Now he is living with a couple and their 2 teenage children. He had told me this weekend that he was going to take the kids to a hotel because I stressed I did not want my kids around this couple. (doing some illegal things, but I have no proof). Found out when I picked up my kids tonight that he is sleeping on their couch and they were sleeping on their living room floor all weekend. Do I still have to send them for these visits? He is suppose to have them again for the holiday which begins on wednesday and ends on sunday. What are my options?

Yes, You still have to follow the court orders. Unfortunately, You do not have a say about where Dad spends his time with the kids.

Acquire some actual tangible proof that the kid's well being is in jeopardy when they are with Dad (and where Dad stays with them)... Then you might have cause for action.

Until then..Unfortunately, you have no say where or how Dad spends time with his kids.
