What is the name of your state?Oh When do statue of limitation run out for lawsuit against builder. We have been left with a money pit.We had a new home built two years ago and ever since we ave had constant problems with the septic. We asked the builder to fix it since he installed it but has refused for two years. We have had the health dept involved and soil and water conversation dept involved over this. If we have a hard time taking the builder to court to fix this problem can you go after the health dept to stop dragging ther feet and if not how long does it usually take to take this to court and get the builder to pay up? This builder is a small time builder but very well known in the community.
