What is the name of your state? Virginia
I have a 2004 Bmw525i. I have had it for 17 months and have had continuous problems with the electrical system. Bmw has tried to repair the problem 5 times so far and can't fix it.
Bmw offered me the Kelly Blue book value ($37,000) on the car if I wanted my money back or they would give me the KBB value plus $7,000. if I traded it in for another BMW.
I don't want another BMW. Va. Lemon Law says that they have to give me my money back if I want a refund. I paid $50,000 for it and it only has 7,000 miles on it.
What exactly do I need to do to enforce the Lemon Law and not have to get an attorney involved?
How much more should I get for the car if I go the Lemon Law route?

If you sue them under the Lemon Law, you are statutorily entitled to attorney's fees so you don't pay anything if you don't win. I'd seriously enlist one's help as it is a complicated process to navigate on your own, especially when there is no financial risk to hiring one.
