I HAVE TWO JUDGEMENTS FROM CREDIT CARDS UNSECURED ON MY CREDIT REPORTTHE BROKER TELLS ME THAT THEY HAVE TO BE PAID OFF BEFORE I CAN REFINANCE WHAT DO UNSECURED CREDIT CARDS HAVE TO DO WITH YOUR HOME AND IS THIS INFORMATION CORRECT

Your post isn't clear as to whether these are judgment liens (likely) or just judgments against you. In either case, it is proper for a potential lender to require that they be paid BEFORE they approve or fund your loan. Pay the judgments or don't refinance. Up to you.
