What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? ca

Would someone please help me on how to word a letter to a judge stating that the NCP lied under oath, but I know we can't say it that way....

I was thinking of saying something like

"I would like to take the time to clarify the fabrications of the truth that were told to you on..."

or

falsification of the truth...???

Thanks so very much to anyone who helps...blessings....

You can "word" it however you wish...The Judge will not read it.

Do you have an attorney?

False truths are told all the time in family courts .

If one party thinks there is an error of law or the judge abused their discretion in the orders, the next step is appeals .

If the trial is still ongoing ,then it's up to the opposing side to discredit testimonies or statements made .

The judge IS going to read it because she requested for us to now write timelines and provide proof of what we are saying...I have the proof to show that the NCP was not being honest**************we don't have/need attorneys.
Can anyone please give me ideas on how to word it....?
Thanks so much to anyone with suggestions and ideas...

The judge will NOT read letters. The judge will read properly filed motions. HOWEVER why didn't you discredit the NCP at trial/hearings? Now depending on where in the process you are depends on what this motion would be and how to word it.
