What is the name of your state? New York
I called my management company to inform them that I have two roomates, and he said that by law, since my name is alone on the lease, I am only allowed to have one roomate. Is this a real law? He said his attorneys will be contacting me! What should I do? In the lease it doesnt specify how many tenants....

I guess you need to get one of the roomates a new home fast!!!!

NY law allows you to have one roomate after that it is a landlord decesion if you can have 2.

Or get one of the roomates to sign the lease with you and qualify ..eg have good credit.
