its funny, how they supposed to look into the house, the front blinds are kept close because of the fact i dont want people "spying on us" the kids from the other houses have a tendency to jump over the common decks

Unless there is a provision in your lease giving the landlord (or agent) right to access for showing, they can show the house at YOUR convenience.... and you are not required to keep it spic-and-span clean!!

Do you have a written lease, and if so, when does it expire??

If you have a written lease, then you can simply tell the landlord that you LIVE in the house and that you are not going to leave it clean for his/her convenience. The house can be shown BY APPOINTMENT only (and that you will wait no longer than 30 minutes after the set time)..... and that you will ATTEMPT to have the property reasonably clean for the showing. If that is not good enough for the landlord, tell them to 'buy you out' of your lease.

However, if you do NOT have a written lease, then you are an 'at will' tenant and the landlord could ask you to move with a 30 day notice. Obviously, that would prevent you from being able to take the hard-line approach suggested above.
