What is the name of your state? FL

can you contersuit on a domestic violence injunction, if everything in the paperwork is not true? Defemation of character? Perjury? I can prove everything he said is NOT true.

Has it already gone to court (in other words - do you already have an RO issued against you)?

So you'll present your evidence that his claims are false then. You do have an attorney, right?

i do not have an attorney and its actually a lot more difficult then described. Its an immigration issue as well as a divorce case, all which im trying to do alone. I dont want to write alot here in fear that he could be reading this.
In order to stay here legally within the rules of immigration he must have had abuse by his spouse. He is claiming in the domestic violence case that i've been following him, and that Im bipolar. Both are untrue., and to me would be no grounds of abuse, if it was true. Hes did not write a date or an actual incident in the report. I've been seperated for 10 months, have not seen him since. I filed for a divorce and then 15 days later he filed this against me.
