I have credit cards debts i havnt payed on them in a while. im on SSi disability. there bieng turned over to collection agencies. and i am a home owner. can i loose my home? what can they do to me?

More info on my problem i have 7 credit cards accounts totaling at $7500. its been about 4 months sence iv paid anything on them, there bieng turned over to collection agencies.. i am a home owner my mortage loan is $20000. my loan payment is $130. a month i make that payment every month. im in good standing with my mortage company. so i have alot of equtiy in my home $100,000. but having bad credit now, no job and bieng disabeld living on SSI that pays $570 a month i cant get an equity loan to pay my credit cards. im 42, single no kids no dependents. if they file judgments againts me and put a lien on my home. does that mean they can take my home or is it just a lien aganst it if i ever sell it then they get paid. All credit cards are in my name only. I hope this is enuff info for you. my accounts are in BofA, chevron. target, mervyns, providian, radio shack. thank you very much for what info you can give me. Also i havnt contacted the collection companys. should i contact them? the best i could do is to send $10 to each of them a month.

Yes, you can lose your home if someone gets a judgment against you and then makes that judgment a lien on your land.

BUT, can you give us more details? Your post is vague.
