What is the name of your state?CA

I am going through a divorce with my husband and I have already filed the petition for the divorce and the summons. We are arguing over the division of the house. We signed a marital settlement agreement the other day but it was not notarized and it has not been filed with the court. Is this document legally binding even though it was not notarized and has not been filed yet? I was stupid and signed the agreement without consulting an attorney and it was totally in his favor, by about $280,000. That's alot of money to give up and I want to know if I can get out of it.

Q: Is this document legally binding even though it was not notarized and has not been filed yet?

A: Probably. However, if it is as lopsided as you say, the court may not approve it. Get a lawyer pronto.
