What isthe name of your state? al

my soon to be ex-husband signed the divorce papers and now he wants to get him a lawyer and contest the papers after signing them and now i have to wait until his lawyer looks at the papers and see if they are legal but do i have to let him see the kids until everything is final?

Do you have to? No.....is it a wise idea to refuse to let him see the children? Again, no on a general basis....without further details that's the best I can tell you.
