I seperated 11 months ago from my girlfriend, whom i lived with for 5 years, and had walked out leaving her everything. Now she is threatening to take me to court because she feels I am making decent money at my new job. Does she have a case, are thier laws regarding time and monies made after the seperation ????

Are there any children involved? This "separation", was it a legal separation or what?

My response:

We'd like to assist you; however, you apparently didn't see that red writing up at the top of the page. Without your State name, or the name of the State where the problem happened, it would be difficult to assist you. Laws are different everywhere.

1. What bills were left unpaid by you ?

2. What leases were also signed by you ?

3. What else is there that binds you two together ?

Thank you for your cooperation, and we look forward to you editing your post.
