Hello
I live in Georgia. I went by the property on Friday 1-26-01 and the tenant called the water company (without my knowledge) to do a flow test on the water. She never told me that she was experiencing low water pressure. I called the water company this morning and they said that it doesn't mean that a pipe is bursted, that maybe the pipes need replacing.
It stated that 32 gallons per minute at the meter and 4 gallons per minute in the house.
I lived in the home for 6 years before renting it out and it always been low water pressure, not to the point that everything takes forever (washing clothes, running bath water, taking a shower, washing your hair) it seem pretty normal to me.
Would I be responsible for having the pipes changed, this tenant has only 6 months left on the lease. (if you read the squirrels in the attic) same tenant, also the tenant pays the water bill which is 26.00 every two months (13.00 a month)
