What is the name of your state? OKLAHOMA

What is legal for a newspaper to publish as far as drug busts are concerned... is anything eligible to printed including pictures...

the story:

my boyfriend was arrested during a drug bust at another friend's house...he has a pretty good chance having the charges completly dropped but it happened just before spring break so court is not until a week later.... two days later the story was on the front page of the newspaper with pictures of all arrested. my boyfriend is a well doer and was just at the wrong place at the wrong time(not just saying this because i am biased b/c if he was in anyway involved I would not have any problem with his picture being plastered on the front page). He works in a very public place in a small town and this is very stressful on him because he is innocent however his name and picture being associated with this incident to say the least makes it look otherwise...

The environment that he works in he is constantly facing people that look at him as though he is a drug dealer.

Is there anything that can be done or will he just have to live with being looked at as one of the people busted with drugs even if he is found innocent?

HUH?
Go back over your post. Leave out the extraneous info. Review it before you post it.

It is legal for a newspaper to print the truth.

If your boyfriend was arrested during a drug bust, and the photo in the newspaper showed your boyfriend being arrested during a drug bust, then it is an accurate and fair portrayal of the incident.

Being the subject of an unflattering and embarrassing article or picture is one of the dangers one faces when hanging out with drug dealers, I'm afraid.
