I WAS RIDING DOWN AN OHIO STREET AND A CAR PARKED AGAINST THE CURB PULLED AWAY AND HIT MY PASSENGER SIDE. THIS CAUSED ABOUT 5,000 DOLLARS WORTH OF DAMAGE.I HAD LIABILITY AND THE PERSON THAT HIT ME SHOWED PROOF OF INSURANCE,BUT DIDN'T HOLD A POLICY.I HAVE AN ESTIMATE FOR THE DAMAGES,AND THE POLICE REPORT.wHAT DO I DO NEXT?
