What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?

i think my roommate took some of my adderall i think he stole it. I don't have any proof, just some of my pills are missing. I accused him and he denied the whole thing. I want to press legal charges, but I don't have any proof. what should i do?? what will happen if i call the police?? or tell my apartment complex people??

Without proof there is absolutely nothing you can do whatsoever, except keep better control of your meds in the future.
