Hi,

I have some queries about my home, (West Bengal - India) where my parents are living there for almost above 50 years.

I want to know, how to acquire that home or what are the procedures for paying the rent to the landlord, and what amt. should be. As now my parents are paying Rs.500.00 p/m.
