i am from Colorado. I have been having a problem with a bank with my auto. They have missappiled a payment. I have sent a number of faxes of teh check,, and 5 months later it still isnt fixed. What can I do and are they in breech of the contract? This isnt the first time we have had problems with them over this issue. Thank you Shele

kktv channel 11 has an action line that helps with issues such as this; they always resolve the matter (i've had to contact them about a complaint & without their help i'd still be trying to get it resolved). (it's called the action line)
