father wants rights back
i live in nys and my sons father signed away his rights so my husband and I started the adoption process.well things did not work out so we seperated and there was no adoption.my sons father wants his rights back now and i would like to know if that can happen even though the adoption did not go through.i have to go to court and would like to know what to expect.
