What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Mississippi

OK, here's the deal. How do I get someone I am not legally married to to move out. She has been living with me for the past 12 years. We are in Mississippi where we don't have a common law marriage. She has refused to work for all this time and when she does get a job she quits for stupid reasons. We were married but it turned out that it wasn't legal because I was still married to my now ex-wife. She has damaged my home that she has paid nothing for. I have begged and pleaded for her to get a job and help for the past 12 years but to no avail. She has also been very emotionally abusive to me. SHe cut me off (sex) a long time ago. I have over 3000 emails from her accusing me of various things from doing drugs to cheating. She has called the police so much over nothing that they told her she would be arrested if she called again for no reason. She has come to my job acting such a fool that they told her not to come back. I am at my wits end with this.

Any advice will be appreciated.

Give her 30 days written notice to move and if she does not move by the end of the notice period, file in court to evict her.

I recommend a therapist for your other issues.

You need to make sure that your marriage is actually automatically voided - there is a difference between "voidable" and "void".

Don't assume that your marriage is not legal without consulting a local attorney. It may have become legal when your divorced your previous wife. Sometimes a marriage is voidable in that circumstance but not automatically void. You may have to get a divorce.
