What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? New Mexico I have a 3 year old daughter. Who goes to daycare in Albuquerque, New Mexico. I went to her school with my daughter to see what she does in school. My ex-wife found out I went, and had a fit that I didn't tell her. My question is do i have to tell her every time I go.Mind you we are divorced and I am the non-custodial parent. My ex threatened that if i didn't tell her she could make my visits very difficult for me. The reason for not telling her is because my ex in her own words told me she doesn't have to tell me anything. But I have to tell her everything.

You said "day-care" and "school". Which is it? Because my answer may change.

My daughter is currently in pre-school.
Good.

Unless there is a court order barring you from turning up at the school, you can drop in as long as they don't think your presence is disruptive (and even then ... ).

Now, what does your court order state about your visitation?

The divorce papers gives me unsupervised visiations. Does not say anything about being bared.
Let me try again.

Does your decree say "visitation as agreed upon by both parents", for example, or does it have definite days and times like "every other weekend"?

(I'm not asking about you being bare :) )

visitation as agreed upon by both parents.
That's the worst kind of visitation order, because Mom can just not agree. You need to file for a modification that gives you specific days and times: remember to split the holidays and school vacations and such.

He shouldn't be bare at daycare but he could be bare and still parent. There is a nudist camp near me that has whole families attend. Being bare is NOT illegal.
