I bought my car the months ago and I can't get the tags from dealer they say the dmv had a hold but the dmv hasn't recieved anything on the vehicle and is still in previous owner name. I paid for tags title and license I love in texas and don't know what to do dealer won't give me answers and I can't get ahold of the gm
