I have a savings account that had over $3,000, and like in April I had put my father on the same account just in case something were to happen to me, he had access to the money. Anyways just recently I found out that my savings were all gone. It seems that there was a Notice of Levy under Writ of Execution for my Father, who owes $4,305.92. This was done in a Superior Cout of California. The plaintiff was represent by a Bergen Financial Corp (Assignee). By the way all this happened in Los Angeles my father and I have been living in San Diego for over 3 years, so we couldn't have known this. Is there anything I can do get my life savings back, what can I do?
