I live in the State of Indiana. My Husband is currently in jail on sexual solicitation of a minor and sexual gratification. I have been left with no income and no way to afford a lawyer. I have been turned down by legal assistance. I have one 9 year old son who is a type one diabetic. What are my rights for child support? Where can I find assistance so that I can be free of this man?

You're entitled to child support, but from where were you planning on getting it ? He's in jail.

You can't afford an attorney, but you want assistance. That means your legal assistance is in your mirror. That's right, it's you.

Go to you local bookstore and buy a "How To" book on the subject of divorce and do it yourself.
