I have healthy families ready to go JUST NEED MOTHERS PAY STUBS APPLICATION 90% PROCESSED her attorney said she has b cross outside court on tues when i got some overnites we are ony 3 weeks into this.He is putting wrong case # on docs for me to sign inserting quotes like "other matters to trick me etc etc
I am certain my daughter is not covered 2 weeks before i got served expartie her mother did not mail the H Families forms , SHE IS OBSTRUCTING my obtaing health insc for my daughter.I have proof of all
HOw do I address this issue asaP thanks.
