Ok, My ex girlfriend is herrassing me stating to me that she's gonna have some one kill me, and she keeps calling my house threatening me even after I had her number blocked. I know the name of the guy that she says she gonna have kill me and I even have a conversation me and her had on aol that she says that she wished he would kill me. I was wondering if there was any way that I could get her arrested so I can show her that she's not going to get away with herassing me and maybe that would get her to stop. If it helps I live in the Las Vegas area.

Go to the police and file a complaint against her for threatening to kill you, assault, harrassment, and suspicion of soliciting a homicide. Take a log of all the times she's threatened you & what she said. Take print-outs of the AOL chat or emails too. The cops will try to put you off, but they have to take your report, so be insistant.

After you file the report, take a copy with you and apply for a restraining order against her. If she violates the no contact order, she can go to jail.
