Is there anyone out there who can give me a success story about going to court as a ncp and coming out a cp! Give me some pointers on your trials and tribulations. My ex is a snake, always did dirt and always comes out on top.... If I had done some of the things he has I'd have been locked up. Also
his original attorney that handled his part of the divorce is now the family court judge!!!! What can be done about that?

Ask about it down at the courthouse. You never know, he might have hated your ex or your ex might have screwed him over and the judge hates him.

I hope you plan to hire an attorney. This in one that needs one. You will need to ask the judge to recuse himself due to conflict of interest.
