When was stopped in Ga I was asked to come out of the car (now keep in mind the officer JUST got behind me as I'd JUST turned on that street) and took me to the back of my car. He then told me to wait a second, went into his car and then made me blow. He made me blow twice, confirming the results with another officer. He cuffed me, never told me about my right to independant testing, and then asked if it was ok if the other officer drive my car to the station saying "You blew pretty close, if it's under .08 at the station we'll just release you, there's no need impounding your vehicle."

I get there, he's there for about 5 minutes with me and then leaves, I'm brought to a place where I verify my name, that's it. Then I go into the room and blow. I was made to blow -=8 TIMES=- and even burped during one of them. I was also made to blow until there was no breath left in me and KEEP BLOWING.

Anyway, I was also never told of the charges (supposedly a suspended license in Florida, where I live which would have prevented my merely just 'walking out of there' as the officer implied I would if I blew low) until I saw the tickets sitting in my personal belonging that they mrely handed to me with a paper and a guard saying "this is all yours, right? - Sign here." Heck, I thought maybe I was being booked then, however, I was then released by him saying "Get out of my jail!" while pointing to the door.

There's a few more details to this, however, I'm just rying to be brief. The tickets were:
1) Broken or missing taglight (which it works >> shrug <<)
2) Failure to show insurance (I was never asked for it)
3) Suspended license (which it was, in error, I have it reinstated and a paper showing it was an error)
4) DUI with blowing a .134 or something close.

I'll check back here soon, feel free to ask questions; I do, like 'What in the heck did I ever do to Georgia to deserve this?' ...

Georgia, sweet georgia. Hmm? Guess you aren't the Georgia Peach, eh?

Wanna get out of dodge with lots o' cash? Easy dude. Bearing witness in the city of police scandals and in the court of police scandals, well....

Hire a lawyer to do the following:

1. Dismiss all tickets, any trace of them anywhere in any file you have or may have (criminal record, credit report)

2. Sue for false imprisonment and abuse of process.

Then you will have Georgia on your mind.
