You would be wise to consult with a local medical malpractice attorney.

I don’t see how hernia surgery could have that result. But, yes. I agree with Zigner. You should speak to a medical malpractice attorney for a review of the surgical records.

If it makes you feel any better according to this study it is girth not length that is important. ....
... for one-night stands.

Overall, for both one-night stands and long-term relationships, the study showed 6.5 inches in length was the preferred length (at least when judging 3D models).

I did such a good job of self-censoring my responses that I am left with nothing to say. :)

I can say that, if davidalleny2k had his hernia surgery in February and he has been concerned with the shortened length of his penis since that time, it is certainly time to speak to his doctor. I suggest he speak to his doctor before seeing a lawyer.

Unless david is a porn star, or someone who just happens to take a lot of strange selfies and keep them for the long haul, I'd say that his chances of showing that his pointer has lost "inches" as a result of his hernia surgery will be very difficult to prove. I mean, who has valid documentation of what it used to be?

And here's the best part. If he sues, he'll have to testify in court, under oath, that he has a small penis.
