been 4 days for me-did it for my mom-

PT, I hope you kick the habit, this is a serious subject with me. I watched my Dad die of Lung cancer from smoking. It was not a pretty sight, especially when he was hacking up his lungs at the end.

So can you! I quit smoking 2 months ago! I cannot believe how much better I feel. At first I had urges all the time to lite up, now I barely get them. I decided to quit because of my son. He started to pretend like he was smoking and it really hit me that I need to quit and set a good example for him that smoking is BAD!

IAAL...well..umm thats undecided at the moment. Oh yes...kat...she may only email people in va.
