On the spouses Chapter 13 BK, states an income on 8K/month. Can he change it on the Income and Expense Declaration?

Is he discharging any maritally acquired debts? Mostly maritally acquired debts?


Is the 8k GROSS income or net?

8K/month is his gross. This is what he informed the BK (Chapter 13).
On file income and expense declaration he says he make 1635/month. Judge asked us to do another income and expense declaration. Can he say something different from what he says in the BK file? He works for himself and only one 1099 sub.

What I am asking is the fact that he is claiming 8k Gross on his BK documentation and a different gross amount of 1635 on our dissolution paperwork.. how do I call this to the judges attention (I am the pro per petitioner and my ex is represented by the most expensive lawyer in town). Will it matter? He wants spousal support from me.

He is discharging debts that are in his name only
