After separation father of two established a LTD company and paying himself wage as delivery van driver 800/month (on P60).
Bank statements show that courier company is sending 1000/1200 every week for delivering parcels. It is around 4000 a month.
He employs another person who is not doing anything - his name is just used to send rest of the money to.

Is there a way to prove that this is fake? Is it even legal to pay under national minimum wage?

I'm going through court for asset splitting which is family home. But maybe I have a chance to get correct children maintenance calculated.
