What is the name of your state? Colorado

Hello there! I have a Truck that I own free and clear. It's worth slightly over 3,000 and my state exemption is $3,000. It's my only mode of transportation and I use it for my job. I cannot afford to lose it and I don't have a lawyer. What happens if I don't disclose it and if I do disclose it, will I lose my truck?

If it's worth just over $3K, it's also worth just under $3K. Trustees use the quick sale-walk away value. Even if it is just over the exemption, you can just pay the difference and keep the truck.
No way would I try and hide the truck. Heck, monthly insurance and operating expenses are likely a good portion of your monthly expenses that'll you turn in to the trustee.
