Over a year ago, I posted regarding a payroll problem. Since then the former employer promised to pay severance pay (in writing), changed the company name (not once but 2 similar name versions) and has changed servers (and website names) 3 times within a year. They are hiding on the Internet and still haven't paid me, as promised (in writing). They have avoided answering claims against them from the Labor Commissioner and the Department of Fair Employment and Housing. How can they be "smoked out" into revealing their assets and paying what is owed?
