I have a buddy that has been dating this girl since he was in high school, she was 15, he was 18. now, he is 20 and she is turning 17 in march, but her parents are losing their minds about here wanting to move out. they are threatening to turn him in for having sex with her while she was underage. i was wondering if anything could be done or how much trouble he is going to be in.

Yes, you could get in trouble for having sex with a child.

Well, thats bad news for my buddy, do you have any idea on what they could charge him with. Him and I were reading Missouri's Revised Statutes, and it would appear that the only thing he could get charged with is 2nd degree child molestation.

I don't know what you could be charged with because I don't know what you did to the victim. Keep reading till you find something you did.
