High School Tuition

What is the name of your state?Indiana

We have a dilema. My husband's son moved in with us and we live in a different school district from where he is going to school. Same county (Clinton county) just different school. His mother still lives in school district where he attends school. Parents have joint custody but child spend most of his time at our house. Do we still have to pay tuition?

The school would likely require it if the child isn't residing in the district.
