High speed case

Massachusetts, This case is in regards to a police high speed chase in which there was one dead and two seriously injured. The police state they stopped the chase, but there are several witnesses that state differently. What can be done against the police if anything?

My involvement is that the person killed was my ex-husband and my son's father, my son is 27, but never the less if the police were wrong what should happen to them?
