I received my water bill in December of 2000. My water bill was $198 for 3 months, this is doubled the amount that I usually pay. I called the property manager in December, and told her something definately has to be wrong. A plumber came out and check, and found out the 2 toilet stools were running excessively. This was in mid-January, after numerous of phone calls to the property manager to please send someone out because I didn't want to pay another high water bill. The plumber told me what I needed and said that he would run out and check with the property manager and tell her what I needed and to get the okay to fix both toilets; I have not seen him since. This was mid-January. I've made numerous of calls to the property manager, and she keeps telling me that the plumber was sick and she's going to get someone else to come out. My question to you is, rent is now due again. Is it possible I could put the rental money in an escrow account at the court house, for them to hold my rent money, until work is done on this propery..? This has been going on since mid-December, and I'm really afraid of another outrageous water bill.

UH why dont you learn how to fix the little things in life, and stop complaining.

You knew he toilets were running, you knew someone had to pay for the water that was being wasted.

So why are you suprised? why aren't you learning about toilets at HOME DEPOT? they have professional help there..not stupid pimpled minimum wage kids.

If they refused to fix it, why havent you called a plumber and deduct it off your rent?

gotta start being a little brighter then you are.
