Leefee, because your signature on the agreement will (under most circumstances) legally bind you to it’s terms and conditions, I once again urge you to have the clarified agreement personally reviewed in its entirety by an attorney in your area prior to signing.
NDA/confidentiality agreements (and non-compete agreements) can affect your future employment opportunities adversely if you decide to leave this employer to seek work elsewhere.
