I hit a deer with my motorcycle, the estimate for repare was 6300 dollars. The agreed value of the bike is 8500. The insurance company refuses to fix the bike,they want the bike totaled so they can sell the bike at an aution. The adjuster says he can get 5000 dollars for the bike at an aution.Its cheaper for the insurance company if its totaled,I will end up with about a 3000 dollar loss.Do I have any rights or recourse.
