What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? TX, We just had a election for board members and the out come was a tie vote....so we elected to have a re-vote and now one of the board members is saying that it's illegal to do that. He is nothing but a trouble maker from the get go. He even flipped off the Manager of our Management company and he does it to certain homeowners that drives by. What can we do? We are having a re-vote election next week. How can we get him off?
