I've just received a Notice of Hearing and Motion for Summary Final Judgment from my HOA. THey currenly have a lien and are suing for foreclosure. The hearing is in December. Is it possible to still try to work out a payment plan or is it a done deal already? I've been trying to work out a loan modification on my house which is still in limbo. Can the HOA kick me out of my house before the bank forecloses? Do I have to attend the hearing?
