Many arts and crafts shows insist that a vendor sign a "hold harmless" agreement to participate in the show. If you want to eat, you sign the agreement or if you don't...no work or sales...not good for an artist!
1. Is the promoter protected by such an agreement?
2. Can the agreement be broken by negligence of the promotor or staff, in such an instance?
Thanks...your thoughts are appreciated.
