What is the name of your state? New York

I have a tenant who owes 2 months back rent and wrote me a bad check.
I have served 3 day notice to pay, certified mail, and 30 days notice to vacate, both certified mail and affadavit of service. The next step is to make a court date for eviction in case she does not leave. I know I have to notify her of the court date. Is this what a holdover proceeding is called? What is the time frame in NY state for delivering notice? She signed a month to month lease so I don't anticipate a problem. Thanks

Look contact the Clerk of the Court to Find out about a 3 day Eviction , IF the rent isn't paid by 3 day or quit .

You sent both a 3 day and 30 days , you can't do it both ways .

No reason or need to 30 days notice on 2 months no pay .

Do the 3 day evict . Use the Marshal's services to do it .

Again ask the Clerk of the Court how to ..
