What is the name of your state? VA

Visitation order for NCP states alternating major holidays. NCP also recieve one week a month of visitation which he has first choice. CP has noticed that the NCP is taking each month the week which has a non-major holiday such as Valentine's Day, 4th of July, Labor's Day, Halloween, etc. I

Is there anything CP can do to at least be able to have 1 or 2 of those holidays to plan family activities?

sure get the CO revised to spell out ALL holidays, and that regular visitation time will not interfer with holiday schedule (so his week doesnt trump the holidays)

Bear in mind though that Valentine's day, Halloween, St Patrick's Day, etc are NOT considered 'major holidays'.

But yeah, get the order modified so it's not so vague.

I know but I would at least like to do some fun family activities on those dates. (Valentine's Day make cupcakes and goddie bags for preschool, Easter egg hunts, etc.) Alternating the non-major holidays is just fine. I'll see if it continues much more and then try and speak to NCP about it first. I'm getting too old to keep going to court. ;)
