Georgia is the state i am refering to.
My question is i had a home built and before it was built the subv. i lived in was named mainstreet(up the hill, then they were bought out) and they were told and signed for a homeowner associate fee in there contract when they purchassed there home; then our phase was built and we were called boulder pointe and there for we didn't signed on our contarct for association fee. Now after three years living here we were told that we have to pay association fee and that it has to do with an orginal deed. How is this so if Our contract states we do not owe home associtae dues?
