Home Equity Loan Waiting Period

I live in the state of Illinois and am currently in the process of receiving a home equity loan from a firm in Indiana. I have been informed that, after closing I must wait 3 days before receiving my money, due to something called a "Buyer's Remorse Law". I was also informed that this is not waivable. Is this true?

That's my understanding, but I have not seen the specific law on the subject.
